When we set out to design our saunas, we had one goal: to create the most transformative and intimate sweat bathing experience possible.
This idea has been our guiding principle throughout the creation and development of our products. We’ve spent countless hours interviewing sauna users of all types and sitting in saunas around the world. In this process one thing became abundantly clear. No one likes a lukewarm sauna. While the industry is overwhelmed by products that sacrifice heat for ease of construction, finding saunas that offer rich and dense heat are increasingly rare. We looked back into the sauna traditions of old to see how and why we had lost this key part of the sauna experience. What we found is that the art of the structure has been lost. By obsessing over the details that create and retain the heat, we’ve elevated the sensory experience of the personal sauna.

Large windows allow ample natural light to flood the space, bringing the surrounding snow-covered mountains and forests into the interior view, enhancing the sense of openness and immersion. High-quality cedar or hemlock wood is used both inside and out, their delicate grain complementing the soft lighting to create a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere.
A stable and efficient heating system provides continuous and reliable warmth even in cold environments. Whether for moments of relaxation alone or for sharing quiet time with family, guests can find solace and balance here.

Brightenwells Vitali Sauna
The Brightenwells Eterna sauna stands serenely amidst snow-covered forests, its warm wooden structure creating a striking yet gentle presence in the crisp, cool environment. The simple gable roof adapts to the natural climate, helping to reduce snow accumulation and making the overall design both practical and inviting.
A semi-open porch at the entrance provides a basic transition and resting space. Large windows inside offer panoramic views of the snowy landscape while maintaining privacy, creating a natural connection between indoors and outdoors. As the light changes, the atmosphere of the space develops subtle and tranquil layers.
The interior layout is clear, featuring a multi-tiered wooden seating structure to accommodate multiple users simultaneously. Soft, linear lighting embedded in the wooden surfaces enhances the sense of warmth and improves the overall user experience. The heating equipment is strategically placed for a more even and stable heat distribution.
Enveloped in natural wood and bathed in continuous warmth, the Eterna sauna creates a quiet and relaxing space—a tranquil corner in the cold environment where one can linger and rejuvenate. Whether placed in a courtyard or woodland environment, it blends naturally into the surrounding landscape, presenting a low-key yet lasting sense of comfort.
Brightenwells Eterna Sauna
The Brightenwells Eterna Sauna reimagines the classic New England saltbox silhouette, a roofline long trusted in coastal regions for its ability to endure harsh winds and shed heavy snow with ease. This familiar architectural form is translated into a modern wellness space with both strength and elegance.
Inside, the Eterna offers our most spacious standard sauna layout. An L-shaped bench creates room for up to six people, while floor-to-ceiling glass on every side brings the surrounding scenery into the heart of the experience. Light, landscape, and warmth merge to create a deeply restorative environment.
Enveloped in the scent of natural wood and the calm of steady heat, the Eterna becomes a quiet retreat—one that listens and responds to the rhythms of nature. Whether placed in a garden, forest clearing, or beside open water, it stands as a refuge from the rush of daily life, guiding you back to simplicity and presence.

Regular sauna users report relaxation and improved sleep quality. What’s more, it's been proven to dramatically reduce cortisol levels which are linked to anxiety, depression and chronic stress.
